Zoom Integration Guide
NeoGuru integrates with Zoom so you can auto-create meeting links for every coaching session and bring AI-generated summaries back into the client workspace — without leaving the app.
How to connect Zoom
- Log in to NeoGuru.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Click “Connect Zoom”.
- Authorize NeoGuru via Zoom OAuth.
How it works
- NeoGuru creates meetings automatically when sessions are scheduled.
- Meeting links are shared with participants from inside NeoGuru.
- After meetings, AI-generated summaries are processed via Zoom webhooks and attached to the relevant session.
How to disconnect Zoom
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click “Disconnect Zoom”.
Disconnecting revokes NeoGuru's access token immediately. Existing meetings already on your Zoom calendar are not deleted.
Data we use
- Account profile: your Zoom user ID and account email — to identify which Zoom account NeoGuru is acting on behalf of.
- Meeting management: create, update and delete meetings tied to sessions you schedule in NeoGuru.
- Recording metadata & transcripts: processed via Zoom webhooks so we can attach AI-generated summaries to the right session.
- Webhook events: meeting started / ended / recording completed — used only to keep session state in sync.
NeoGuru does not read your Zoom contacts, chat history or other meetings unrelated to NeoGuru sessions. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
