Google Calendar Integration Guide
Connect your Google Calendar so your NeoGuru sessions, breaks and personal commitments live in one place — no double booking, no manual syncing.
How to connect Google Calendar
- Log in to NeoGuru.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
- Click “Connect Google Calendar”.
- Authorize NeoGuru via Google OAuth and select the calendar you want to sync.
How it works
- NeoGuru reads your selected calendar to show your real availability when scheduling sessions.
- Sessions you schedule in NeoGuru are pushed to your Google Calendar as events.
- Updates and cancellations in either place stay in sync, so you never have to update two calendars.
How to disconnect Google Calendar
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click “Disconnect Google Calendar”.
Disconnecting revokes NeoGuru's access token immediately. Events already created on your calendar are not deleted.
Data we use
- Account profile: your Google email and name — to identify which account NeoGuru is acting on behalf of.
- Calendar events (read): the calendar(s) you select, used to compute availability and prevent double booking.
- Calendar events (write): create, update and delete events for sessions you schedule in NeoGuru.
- Refresh tokens: stored encrypted at rest so the integration keeps working without you re-authenticating.
Our access is limited strictly to the calendar(s) you select during setup. NeoGuru has no access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or any other Google service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
